Chief Justice Rehnquist passes on
Breaking news, Chief Justice William Rehnquist (1924-2005) died tonight of thyroid cancer. Godspeed, my thoughts and prayers are with his family and with President Bush and the rest of Congress for the next appointee to the Supreme Court.
